We provide services under contract to Devon County Council via the Enabling Scheme.
We also hold two contracts to provide Supporting People services at two of our Supported Living centres; Bank House and Hills View. We are accredited with DCC to provide these services.
Bank House is newly renovated town house in the heart of Bideford. It is a 4 person shared house. We hold a contract with Devon County Council for Supporting People, but Service Users from other LAs need to ensure there is a funding provision in place. Bank House is also used through the Alternative to Care scheme.
Bank house offers a medium level of support, and provides support at the times and according to thee needs of the service user. Staff are there to support, encourage and develop the skills of the service users in a safe environment, with the aim of eventually finding appropriate move on accommodation.
Hills View offers supported living for up to four people and is also used for the Alternative to Care scheme. It is a beautifully appointed town house close to Barnstaple town centre.
Offering spacious accommodation, it sets a standard for supported accommodation. Staff are there to support service users as and when needed to maintain and develop the skills needed to live independently.

Kimberly Way is a new three-bedroom house that houses two to three service users. It is let as a long-term independent living style house and is for people who need a limited amount of support.
Kimberley Way offers an extremely high standard of accommodation, having undergone a recent renovation.
Support is offered according to assessed needs.
Glendale Terrace is a victorian terraced three bedroom house for two to three service users. It is let as a long-term independent living style house and is for people who need a limited amount of support.

Bank House Flat is a beautifully presented one bedroom flat, located in the High Street in Bideford.

Coming soon - A second property in Gledale Terrace in Bideford, this house, next door but one to our other house in the terrace, will be refurbished to a high standard and will offer a lovely homely atmosphere.
